Responsibilities

Drive the product design and structuring process, manage the product approvals process, and oversee the end-to-end implementation process.
Help drive commercialization of our private product suite, through deep understanding of the competitive landscape, and be able to liaise with clients and internal stakeholders.
Coordinate with internal business teams (legal, business management, fund admin, operations, risk and portfolio analytics group) on new product development, custom solutions and other offerings.
Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure we have an appropriate product operational infrastructure and operating model to support the growth aspirations of the regional private markets business.
Acquire and maintain a deep knowledge of Linnovate’s global product set and bring ideas and perspectives from outside the Firm, including conducting studies on the local industry landscape, competitor research, and client/market trends.
Keep abreast of market activity and competitor innovations. Liaise closely with members of the private markets product strategy teams to develop a vision and strategy that contributes to the strategic direction of the regional private markets business.
Position and prioritize our private markets product suite and serve as a point of contact to address questions from the internal sales teams and external clients on all private market’s product structuring matters.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements. Define clear and actionable user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
Lead the product development process from concept to launch. Break down complex problems into actionable tasks, manage the product backlog, and drive sprint planning and execution.
Work closely with data scientists and engineers to integrate AI and machine learning technologies into cryptocurrency products and services. Identify opportunities to leverage AI for enhanced functionality, security, and user experience.
Design and implement best practices for documentation and process optimization. The candidate must ensure that all procedures are effectively mapped out, well-documented, and communicated across the team. They should also periodically review and update these practices in keeping with evolving business needs and industry standards.

Requirements

10+ years of relevant experience working in a private market-focused product development role within asset management / financial services / legal services.
Deep experience in design, development, and implementation of fund structures across a variety of domiciles e.g., Luxembourg, Cayman, Singapore etc. across multiple asset classes (real estate, infrastructure, credit private equity.
Familiarity with the latest regulatory / product developments shaping the private markets product development space e.g., ELTIF 2.0, SG VCC 2.0, evergreen product structures etc. and identify how Linnovate can benefit from these changes.
Commercial awareness of market dynamics, market evolution and the competitive landscape to ensure our products are well positioned.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to engage with senior leaders, on complex structuring matters.
Comprehensive knowledge of the private markets asset management industry including investor types, distributional channels, competitor landscapes etc.
Detail and task-oriented; able to successfully coordinate and manage multiple projects and priorities in a cross-functional team environment. Strong prioritization skills with ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
Knowledge of and exposure to Linnovate’s full range of activities preferred: institutional distribution, wealth management, portfolio management and capital markets, and trading.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills is a plus.
